{APPRIS} release 2015_09.v10 is out!

We are pleased to announce the launch of the last annotations: http://appris.bioinfo.cnio.es/

• Hand-over for Ensembl 82. New gene data-set for Mouse. The same annotations for the rest of species.

•  NEW annotations for the invertebrate species (Ensembl82):
• Fruitfly (Drosophila melanogaster), BDGP6 assembly.
• C-elegans (Caenorhabditis elegans),  WBcel235 assembly.

• Creation of UCSC trackHub for the current species: http://apprisws.bioinfo.cnio.es/trackHub/hub.txt

What's New:

• Human: updated annotations to GENCODE23/Ensembl81.
• Mouse: updated annotations to GENCODEM6/Ensembl81.
• Updated annotations to Ensembl81 for Zebrafish, Rat, and Pig.

• APPRIS decision making now incorporates GENCODE Transcript Support Level (TSL).
• Bugs fixed in SPADE module.
• New data files in BED12 format including Pfam domain mappings (for human).
