{APPRIS} release 2015_09.v10 is out!

We are pleased to announce the launch of the last annotations: http://appris.bioinfo.cnio.es/

• Hand-over for Ensembl 82. New gene data-set for Mouse. The same annotations for the rest of species.

•  NEW annotations for the invertebrate species (Ensembl82):
• Fruitfly (Drosophila melanogaster), BDGP6 assembly.
• C-elegans (Caenorhabditis elegans),  WBcel235 assembly.

• Creation of UCSC trackHub for the current species: http://apprisws.bioinfo.cnio.es/trackHub/hub.txt
